Join Ruby Nolt, Vistage Chair and Executive Leadership Coach, for the second session in a dynamic two-part event where participants will move beyond judgment and assumptions toward greater understanding, curiosity, and connection with the families they serve. Through conversation and reflection, we will focus on a strength-based approach and identify small, practical shifts to improve communication and support. This is a valuable learning opportunity for new staff, frontline staff, or team members who may not regularly work directly with clients, providing important insight into understanding poverty and its impact on the individuals and communities we serve.
