We're excited to have a special presenter, Rachel Hudzik from Blue Bird People, who will discuss Succession Planning for this Weatherization Cohort Call.  

When key staff retire, transition, or leave unexpectedly, agencies risk losing essential expertise and momentum. This call will equip Weatherization agencies with practical, actionable strategies for succession planning, knowledge transfer, and the development of internal support networks that sustain organizational continuity. 

This cohort serves as a community of practice to support the weatherization network. Join us to protect what your agency knows, cultivate emerging talent, and ensure your mission continues without disruption.
