The Pennsylvania Housing Action Plan, Pennsylvania’s first-ever comprehensive, data‑driven roadmap addressing housing needs across urban, suburban and rural areas, was just launched. The state’s housing supply falls drastically short in many ways, including housing supply, affordability and housing stock in need of repairs.
