Join us for our Weatherization Cohort Call—a collaborative and practical space for weatherization staff to connect and learn from one another. Our first call of 2026 will include our usual open dialogue, and we will also ask participants to share topics they would like us to feature throughout the year!  

Calls focus on a rotating topic relevant to weatherization programs, from operations and compliance to best practices and emerging challenges. Bring your questions, share on-the-ground experiences, and exchange ideas with peers who understand the day-to-day realities of this work. 

Whether you’re troubleshooting issues, sharing successes, or tuning in to listen, this is an opportunity to learn together and strengthen our collective impact.
