Would you like to have a better understanding of your funder is requesting specific information and how it is being used? Did you know that your performance on one federal grant could have an impact on others? While we often think of the Uniform Guidance as only being important for finance staff, all this and more is covered within those pages and guides our daily work. Join us as we look at the Uniform Guidance from the eye of a program leader. 

We will:

• Gain a better understanding of what the Uniform Guidance is and why it's important for program staff.
• Dive into the portions needed to successfully manage federal programs.
• Share best practices on how to meet the requirements but in a practical manner that doesn't interfere with effective program operations.
