As community action agencies, the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funding is reserved just for us. But with this funding, comes responsibilities and requirements that are sometimes difficult to understand. If you've ever wondered or been asked the question "Why does this apply to me?", this call is for you. Join us as we:

• Level set as to the purpose of CSBG and the requirements that come with it. 
• Explore the outcomes and services CAAs are asked to report on and how they relate
• Share best practices as to how peer agencies are smoothing collecting and reporting on CSBG outcomes and services. 
• Hear how peer agencies are moving beyond compliance to excellence by using this information to improve program outcomes
