This event is for CAAP members only. 

We’re excited to welcome Rachel Hudzik from Blue Bird People as a special presenter for this HR Cohort Call. Rachel will lead a discussion on succession planning and share practical strategies to help organizations prepare for staff retirements, transitions, and unexpected departures.

Participants will explore approaches to knowledge transfer, emerging-talent development, and internal support networks that promote organizational continuity. Join us to ask questions, share experiences, exchange ideas with HR peers, and identify ways to protect institutional knowledge and prepare future leaders.

Upon request, CAAP will provide documentation of participation to support Organizational Standard requirements, including Standard 7.9: The organization conducts or makes available ongoing staff development and training, including ROMA.
