2026 CAAP Summit

Efficiency with Empathy: Where innovation meets humanity.

As AI reshapes how work gets done, this summit centers on using technology to simplify systems, reduce burnout, and create space for compassion—both for clients and the people who serve them. Participants will explore how to implement AI and tech based solutions while cultivating supportive, psychologically safe workplaces grounded in human connection.

Attendees are encouraged to bring laptops, as sessions may include live exercises and step-by-step demonstrations.

Non-CAAP Members

• In person - $150
• Virtual - $65

In-Person Learning Labs (Exclusive Experience)

The Summit will include two interactive Learning Labs, offered in person only—one per day. These sessions will not be streamed, recorded, or available virtually.

Designed as hands-on experiences, Learning Labs focus on direct engagement, guided activities, and active participation. 

Participants will leave with a tangible, ready-to-use tool, template, or plan they can immediately apply in their work.

CAAP Spring Summit 2026 Scholarship Available for CAAP Members

CAAP members are invited to apply for a scholarship to attend the 2026 Spring Summit! This scholarship covers the full cost of an individual in-person Summit registration (valued at $80).
