This event is for Community Action Agency Board members only. 

Join Tri County Community Action Leaders Jennifer Wintermyer, CEO, and Tara Davis, Board President, for an engaging CAA Board Members Cohort Call focused on best practices for CEO/Executive Director evaluations and board self-assessments. This interactive session will explore why clear, consistent evaluation processes are essential to strong governance, healthy board‑staff relationships, and organizational effectiveness.


Participants will discuss practical approaches to conducting meaningful CEO evaluations, aligning expectations between boards and executive leadership, and using board self-assessments as tools for growth rather than compliance. Designed as a collaborative conversation, this cohort call invites board members to share experiences, ask questions, and walk away with actionable ideas they can adapt to strengthen accountability and performance within their own agencies.
