***UPDATED TOPIC*** OCS has released proposed changes to the CSBG Annual Report with a Public Comment Period through June 20th. Join us as we discuss the proposed changes and offer your perspective regarding bright spots & challenges with the new format. Information shared during this session will be used to inform Public Comments written on behalf of the PA CAA network as a whole. 

Specifically, we would like to discuss: 

1. How adequately do you feel these measures will tell the story of your Agency's work (both services and outcomes)? 
   1. What will be missing? 
   2. Is anything added that was missing before? 
2.  How flexible are current client management systems to adapting to these proposed changes? 
   1. What changes will need made?
   2. Beyond training, what is your estimate of administrative hours to implement new tracking systems? 
3.  What training supports do you anticipate needing if these proposed changes are implemented? 
4. One measure that CAAP has noted that is missing is the basic # of individuals achieving outcomes overall. When creating the recent SDOH/ MCO value proposition, we realized it would have been helpful to know the # of unduplicated individuals achieving outcomes/ receiving services overall by domain. 
   1. Are these numbers easy to get from current data systems (with reasonable accuracy)?

NOTE: A similar session will be held with CEOs/EDs - this session is primarily for the individuals at Agencies who are responsible for the daily implementation of programs and data collection.
