Let’s talk development! For small development teams, fundraising challenges often come back to capacity, especially when limited staff time is divided across competing priorities, manual processes, and day-to-day deadlines. This interactive cohort call with Maddie Goodall will explore how stronger development infrastructure, better use of donor data, and more intentional relationship management can help organizations make the most of the capacity they already have. The goal isn’t to add more fundraising to your plate, but to make the work you’re already doing more intentional, sustainable, and effective.
