PA Navigate Information Session

Description

Join the Community Action Association of Pennsylvania (CAAP), in collaboration with the Governor’s Advisory Commission on LGBTQ Affairs, for an interactive information session on PA Navigate, Pennsylvania’s statewide resource directory and closed-loop referral platform.

This session will highlight how staff and organizations can use PA Navigate to:

• Search for community resources
• List and update programs
• Send and track referrals
• Leverage data to demonstrate impact

As PA Navigate’s community engagement partner, CAAP will provide an overview of the platform and facilitate a live demonstration showcasing how the tool strengthens connections between organizations and the communities they serve.  Participants will have dedicated time to ask questions, share feedback, and help ensure PA Navigate remains an accessible, valuable resource for your organization and the communities you serve.  Interpretation and translation services can be provided upon request to support full participation in this event. This session will also be recorded and available for future reference.
