September 2024 HR Cohort Call

Description

Nine CSBG organizational standards fall directly under HR's purview. Several others are tangentially related. Additionally, several annual report data points surround staff trainings and certifications. Join your peers as we unpack these standards and share methods for documenting compliance that isn't burdensome but rather helpful for improving organizational functioning.  We will:

• Level set as to the purpose of CSBG and the requirements that come with it.
• Explore the organizational standards connected to HR functions.
• Share best practices as to how peer agencies are smoothing collecting and reporting on these standards.
• Hear how peer agencies are moving beyond compliance to excellence by using this information to improve organizational functioning.
